How to Use?
Correct use of container dunnage air bags is critical to cargo safety. Follow our step-by-step installation guide for maximum protection.
1
1Measure the Void
Carefully measure the gap (void size) between cargoes where the air bag will be placed. Ensure the bag width is at least 2-3 times the void size.
2
2Correct Positioning
Position the bag at least 2 inches (5 cm) above the floor, avoiding direct contact with sharp edges of pallets or cargo.
3
3Inflation & Pressure Control
Attach the Show Dunnage inflator gun to the valve and begin inflating. Stop when you reach the working pressure specified on the product label. Avoid over-inflation.
Important Warnings
- Never use air bags in door voids without a barrier.
- Wearing protective goggles during inflation is recommended.
- Choose a higher Level bag if load weight exceeds capacity.
